Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts aligned with future consumer needs
- Present complex future scenarios to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic pioneers
- Translate strategic foresight into actionable roadmaps for product, marketing, and investment teams
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of future trends on competitive landscapes and regulatory environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles within tech/finance sectors
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Experience developing foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful future-oriented projects
