Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation
- Present trend analyses to executive leadership and board committees
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Manage cross-functional future-strategy task forces
- Advise on regulatory implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Published work on future-of-work or technology disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
