Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI deployment and human-machine collaboration
- Produce thought leadership reports on climate tech convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Advise on metaverse infrastructure development and digital identity evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight for Fortune 500 companies or startups
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend reports or scenario planning projects
- Experience with collaborative platforms like Notion and Miro for futures work
