- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead immersive future-state workshops with Fortune 500 partners to identify disruption vectors
- Author high-impact thought leadership pieces published in top-tier industry journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive modeling and AI-driven analytics
- Advect organizational culture through future literacy programs and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in AI/ML trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Experience designing and facilitating executive-level future-state workshops
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful organizational transformation initiatives
