- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor a team of futurists and disruptors in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in climate tech, AI governance, or biotech disruption
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or sustainability journals
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
