- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce foresight reports for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate next-gen initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
