Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast industry evolution through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused R&D investments
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, advanced robotics)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
