Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap aligned with emerging tech trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate disruptive opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused innovations
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and annual strategic outlook reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready strategies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend forecasting projects
