- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and disruptive forces
- Design and manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Mentor high-potential teams in strategic thinking and future literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology planning
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
