Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products/services
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging tech paradigms
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D cycles
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic signals to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell GameChanger, Futures Wheel)
