- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing trend-driven strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent professional accreditation
