You'll collaborate with global R&D teams, present insights to C-suite executives, and influence product roadways that impact millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap using scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of innovation and future-oriented thinking
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors, board members, and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Oversee the implementation of innovation frameworks across 15+ product lines
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and scaling successful innovation initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and data-driven innovation
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful strategic implementations
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural innovation environments
