You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies, driving innovation across our global enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and societal foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions in quantum-AI integration and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic innovation roadmaps to the Board of Directors with quantified risk/opportunity assessments
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Design and implement an organizational 'antifragility' strategy to thrive in volatile future environments
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design thinking and exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or Web3
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, and causal layered analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on paradigm shifts and disruption preparedness
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
