Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare the organization for 2026+ market evolutions
- Design and oversee innovation sprints for breakthrough product development
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation governance
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused research initiatives
- Present strategic futures narratives to executive teams and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation ecosystem across global teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic risk mitigation
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
