Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Design and execute innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with measurable ROI targets
- Champion organizational change management for future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ examples)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies required
