- Develop and maintain the 2026+ innovation roadmap, aligning with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
