Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026+
- Develop and executive strategic foresight frameworks to inform product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with global stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Present future forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of leading successful foresight initiatives with measurable business impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools and data visualization for trend forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
