- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer emerging research
- Author executive briefings and trend reports influencing $2B+ investment decisions
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and risk mitigation for future markets
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies role
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization pathways
- Exceptional data storytelling with complex datasets using visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles/books)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong network with global research institutions and innovation ecosystems
