Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-of-work paradigms
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Drive prototype development for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking expertise
- Experience with scenario modeling tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or successful innovation initiatives
