Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps across technology verticals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation impact and track progress through advanced analytics
- Present strategic futures scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Foster internal innovation ecosystems through workshops and hackathons
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency with data visualization and AI-driven analytics tools
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
