As a key member of our Future Lab, you'll identify emerging trends, develop scenario-based strategies, and lead high-impact initiatives that position Nexus as a global thought leader. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce forward-looking strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of exponential thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives from concept to execution
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
