- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design human-centric innovation frameworks for product development teams
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across R&D pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor internal innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile Innovation methodologies
- Published author or recognized industry thought leader
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
