Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Analyze emerging market trends, regulatory landscapes, and technological disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and implement future-proof business models and digital transformation frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitor innovation ecosystems and anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning models for high-impact future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or management consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives in tech or adjacent industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Future Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation abilities
