Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive leadership across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership white papers and present at industry conferences on future-focused topics
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness across business units
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate disruptive startups aligned with 2026 vision
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent practical experience
