Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advocate ethical innovation frameworks to mitigate emerging societal risks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
