Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with 2026+ impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for navigating complex future landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and future-proofing initiatives
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings translating foresight into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts and business models
- Establish key performance indicators for innovation maturity and future readiness
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends and technology ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC) highly desirable
