- Lead cross-functional teams in developing exponential technology adoption frameworks
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market forces and regulatory shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technological breakthroughs
- Mentor innovation fellows in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFPS) preferred
