Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Advose C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technologies
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor teams in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of disrupting markets through trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent platforms
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ commercialized innovations from trend insights
