Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on innovation adoption and digital transformation
- Produce trend intelligence reports and predictive analytics for product development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate foresight insights into go-to-market strategies and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering foresight-driven solutions to C-level executives
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts compellingly
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or MFML) preferred
