As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify transformative opportunities. You'll leverage data-driven insights, trend analysis, and scenario planning to develop actionable strategies that drive innovation, mitigate risks, and unlock new revenue streams in an increasingly complex world.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Produce quarterly trend reports and disruption analyses for executive leadership and board members
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders to identify future opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 transformation goals
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level executives and boards
