Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design implementation roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends with predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
