- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product development pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for long-term innovation planning
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, industry journals)
