Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech intersections (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce trend reports and disruption assessments for executive stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in finance, healthcare, and mobility
- Coordinate with academic partners at MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and industry-specific conferences
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in foresight journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's Two Degrees)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of successful strategic foresight projects
