- Curate and analyze emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation forums on future-of-work transformations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI on moonshot projects
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with global impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR topics (peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Scenarios, Delphi Method)
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
