Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year vision alignment
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advose C-suite on strategic pivots for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
