Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry 4.0 transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation roadmaps
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for tech adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrated foresight methodology expertise
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Mastery of scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology) at implementation level
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published future-state analyses for high-impact organizations
