Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for clients to navigate exponential change and ethical tech adoption
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and boards using data-driven storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation launches and trend predictions
- Exceptional communication skills with experience to executive audiences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
