- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market changes
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and risk management
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners including startups, academia, and research labs
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 5+ years lead time
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, scenario modeling)
