- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for disruptive technologies and market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline progress against future-state targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
