- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Author predictive intelligence reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build scenario models for geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global innovation ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy/innovation roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, industry journals)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for complex systems
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
