As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to transform speculative possibilities into actionable blueprints. Your insights will directly influence our product roadmap, investment strategy, and innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal shifts to produce actionable foresight reports
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches integrating AI, AR, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term innovation strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
