Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology breakthroughs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry trend reports
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and startup founders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging trends
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or implemented innovations
- Global mindset with experience across multiple tech ecosystems
