- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market transformations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, R&D centers)
- Published author or frequent speaker at future-focused conferences (e.g., Singularity University, CES)
- Experience leading remote teams and managing cross-cultural innovation projects
