Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to leverage emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation ecosystems
- Produce white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advose on policy and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of published trend analysis
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP)
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
