- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products and services
- Partner with executive leadership to embed foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Deliver trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks to guide organizational adaptation
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor teams in future-proof methodologies and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented impact on business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex, interconnected future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Prior experience leading cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, tech strategy, or innovation management
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
