- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruption vectors and opportunity windows
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market viability
- Present executive briefings on future landscape shifts and strategic imperatives
- Establish innovation metrics to track foresight accuracy and strategic ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
