Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and interactive simulations
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing concepts with commercial viability
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Nexus at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
