Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles in design processes
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive partnership opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or scale-up organizations
