Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption and market readiness
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present future insights to investors, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation incubation portfolio focused on 2026 capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies with publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading cross-geographical teams and global stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
