Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario modeling and foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present future outlooks to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to accelerate innovation
- Drive patent development for proprietary future-facing methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging trend identification and strategic synthesis
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with published foresight work
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrated impact on Fortune 500 transformations
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method) and foresight tools
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience at Davos, TED, or similar platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the School of Advanced Foresight)
